Bought a two sofas from this store they have gone out of shape and look dreadful they sent a man out to check them he said to plump up the cushions which makes no difference it still looks no better and them Nigel the manager tells me to get a report from someone independent at my cost and they may look at it again !! If it was a jumper you would take it back and expect a refund or a exchange well this is not over yet Nigel
