  Worst case of MISSELLING in my experience so far! We were simply fulled into new "friends and family" contract for 2 years. My partner had been ee customer for over 10 years since they were tmobile. I was looking to switch to ee too. Sales assistant Chris went out of his way and convinced both me and my partner that we will continue paying same amount of money every month just add new phone and make one off payment for new phone at the time of signing and we will share my partners existing data but in fact our bill actually almost trippled. So we came back to the store when second d/d was £80 to ask why instead of £35 last month d/d was £90 the manager said that there is nothing he can do for us. We are taking this case to an official complaint department and if not resolved in our favour to the ombudsman. PLEASE BE WARNED DO YOUR RESEARCH ON LINE OR ELSEWHERE PRIOR TO BUYING ANYTHING AS STAFF IN DURHAM STORE IS DISHONEST AND WOULD LIE TO SELL!
