  DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! I took my laptop in as I was experiencing problems with what I thought was the hard drive. They completely wiped my laptop and reinstalled Windows on the original hard drive without backing up and saving my data. When I picked it up, I was still having the same problems so I took it back, only to be met with a hurl of abuse, swearing and shouting. I am absolutely fuming and devestated at losing my data. I have since had my laptop repaired elsewhere in Durham, who confirmed my initial suspicion that the hard drive was indeed failing. I shall be reporting them to trading standards. BE WARNED!
